5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs [5:49 pace/mi Avg]
Felt good on these despite the heat. I focused on being quick up the hill but not expending so much effort where I after each sprint I would be bowled over & feel the effort deep in my core. Accurate splits below:
