Notes
4 x Strides on HarrisY grass field (+ 50 yds toe offs).
After the 6 mi run I had no desire to do these as I felt completely wrecked (I felt borderline heat stroke). Last week was the first strides I ran in 9 mos so it was odd/difficult/awkward to run at speed. Today my body felt so terrible and wrecked that it was a monumental effort to run at speed and I could feel my entire core doing this. At the end of #1 I felt like I wanted to collapse, and this got progressively worse on each one (on #4 I was extremely close to getting sick). I got much different splits on the watch (below). #2 felt fast. #3 some idiot almost rode his bicycle into my path, #4 was a struggle.
