Cooler than yesterday but very humid conditions (66 dew pt). Felt tired prior but kind of grinded through this. This is the first easy run that I have averaged under 9 min (which is embarrassingly slow). Feels like I'm in this "slow rut" and cannot get out. The difference between today and yest is that I did not get borderline heat stroke that I believe I was in yesterday. The perceived pace today was the same as yesterday. Came to the conclusion that the only thing I can do to "jump start" my fitness is to run some workouts to get out of this rut (and have to gauge whether my feet can handle this).
