5 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie + Drills
These felt 100% better vs. last week (felt stronger, form felt "crisp", felt like I could climb/glide up the hill, felt like I could accelerate). Did not try to run these hard. Difficult to access as I had wildly different splits on my watch (which is how I gauge effort) and forget to take the split on #2 (which felt the fastest). #1 showed up as 6:05, #3 as 5:59, #4 as 6:12 & #5 as 6:20. Feet felt better vs. last week. Also did 5 x 40 yds of toe offs.
