(no so) Easy Run

Had my right hamstring, both quads, right lateral quad & right soleous needled yesterday. My right hamstring/quads felt really really bad -- it felt like my muscles were guitar strings and that had been "overstretched" and completely lost their "spring". Every step I took in this run took an "effort", there was nothing easy to this, focused solely on cadence -- this felt like I was going 9 min pace I felt so bad. And it felt much more humid vs prior runs. Ran down Sharon to Rutherford (mile 1), then looped back and ran some loops in the church (mile 2) - legs really hurt and each step was an effort, shot back out to Sharon and into the mall parking lot (mile 3). The first 3 miles felt the same (they were). Mile 4 felt worse and really struggled -- felt significantly slower vs the prior 3 miles (it wasn't). Stopped for abt 30 sec and looked at watch for first time (mile 4 was 8:02, felt like 9:02). Continued on and legs felt like they had "zero" spring, and purposely ran mile 5 slower -- ran down Fairview, did some loops in the corporate park, got to Panera and my legs hurt so bad that I had to stop at about 5.4 miles (couldn't maintain cadence and this was a "deep" hurt as all of the muscles needled yesterday felt dead). After some drills, ran back up Fairview (mile 6 felt the same as mile 5 but clearly wasn't -- significantly slower!). Hard to gauge what is going on & whether things will heal.
