3 x Strides on Dirt Trail at Y + 4x drills
Uncertain whether my right hamstring will eventually improve thru the stress/recovery concept or if I made is worse thru the stress/stress concept. On #1 I could feel stress in my hamstring when I initially tried to accelerate & maintained speed (felt awkward). On #2 I began to get my "bio-mechanical coordination" back (which is the whole point of this) as I could feel myself making small adjustments to wring out faster speed (using my hips, my butt, optimizing my stride, my lean, etc.) & this felt like 80%/85%. #3 felt like #2 except that I could feel more stress in right hamstring & immediately shut things down. Also did 4 x (14x butt kicks + 7x high knees + 50 yds toe offs where again on the latter I could feel getting my "bio-mechanical coordination" back). Hamstring does hurt more post run which is concerning. Accurate splits below:
