All w/zoomers, triple-dolphin underwater on turns on BK, quad dolphin underwater on turns for single-stroke BK, BK kick & Fly kick.

2 x (200IM + 50 kick BK)
5 x 50 on 0:50 (25BK/25FR) avg 0:40 (did not push these)
First day I felt "strong" in the water. If I kept this up for another 3 weeks, I would become much stronger in the water, be able to drop my intervals & drop my times.
