Had to skip running a workout last wk due to the right knee pain but resumed today - felt like I was running in the sand on the first two although on #1 I have "normally" run this much much slower vs below & then run #2 much faster (which I did not). And this "confused" me since normally when I run #2 it feels a lot like #2 but is much faster & in this case it was exactly the same. And the HR values on #2 are way off the chart (I should be deceased). So on #3 took shirt off & focused on a stronger form & ran #3 about where I wanted, and repeated the effort on #4 running it where I wanted to be.
