3 x Strides running down fr Whole Foods to Phillips Pl
Had to take some xtra time after my warm up jog to cool down prior to these strides. These were remarkably consistent. After #1, when doing butt kicks was able to find a more efficient form & when I mimicked that form on strides #2 & #3 I felt more stable, stronger & faster. Did 3x drills (15x running butt kicks + 10x high knees + 10x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
