Double - ran this very easy. Ran the first mile in Phillips Pl down & looping cinema lot 3+x (felt stronger running the first mi today vs prior doubles where I usually feel dead & slow), ran up Fairview left on Ashley left on Sharon 100m looped back left on Fairview past McDonalds looped back to Fairview (mi 2 - felt stronger & much more connected vs prior doubles), left on Sharon past mall looping around The Residences & out & to BOA. (mi 2 - 2.75: felt stronger & swifter vs prior doubles). After transacting business, my muscles felt like an overstretched rubber band - so ran up Sharon left on Fairview down hill & into Phillips Pl (mi 2.75 - 3.5: felt like my muscles were "too loose", not taut & no torque).
