Easy Run

Finally for the first time in a very long time I ran a controlled run at easy pace where I felt strong, it felt easy & ran this somewhat consistently at a nice clip. There were no abysmal or embarrassingly slow splits that are unexplainable. Even though ran this in/around Phillips Pl reconnoitered my route slightly to avoid getting into "rut". Started at hotel & looped around PF Changs & then around hotel/Palm looped around PF Changs again to hotel looping in the back & small lot 2x & back around up to Fairview right & into entrance looping 2x in small lot & around cinema & left on Fairview (mi 1-2 - I felt stronger running easy & my legs felt "springier" vs prior runs), looped around & then into entrance looping small lot 2x then out entrance & back in looping 2x of small lot & into cinema lot for one loop (m 3 - still felt good & under control), then ran 2.7 mi worth of loops of cinema lot or 13.5 loops (mi 4, 5 & thru 5.7: got into a good rhythm during mi 4, then in mi 5 controlled the pace trying to avoid running too fast & continued on - ran into that meaningful breeze every other length), stopped to stretch & then resumed final ~1k running 3 loops (mi 5.7 - 6.3: felt progressively stronger running this).
