Easy Run

Course: up East to South loop back down East and onto Greek Fest course. Kept this run as flat as possible so as not to aggravate the muscle twinge/pull in my upper left thigh (which feels better and did not feel it during this run). Easy run and controlled pace via shortening stride. Monitored AHR & not pace.
