4 x Hill Sprints up Carnegie (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Ran #1, #2 & #4 up the near hill on Carnegie & ran #3 up the steeper "far" hill. Felt much more fluid & faster today vs. last Mon, but the heat really stressed me as I could "feel" these deep in my core. Felt strong on #1 & #2, felt more stressed sprinting up the steeper "far" hill & did not feel "fresh" or "very strong" on #4. Accurate splits below:
