5 x Hill Sprints up Morrison next to Harris Teeter (+9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
I think on #1 the clock screwed up (saw 6:00 on my watch). Focused on form & speed cutting down stride length & picking up cadence (felt efficient, felt strong, & focused on getting into my strong "position" - hips fwd, core tucked). #2 & #5 felt much stronger & the splits showed this. Accurate splits below:
