Easy Run
Given rain & late hour, decided to run this in Phillips Pl - started with running expanding loops fr one end to other & then looping the far end (mi 0 thru 5.85 - ran using the stronger form I started yesterday tucking core in & hips out, felt stronger, fr a feel standpoint mi 1 felt easy, mi 2 felt faster (it wasn't), mi 3 felt slower & it felt like I slowed to 9:15 pace (I didn't), mi 4 thru mi 5 got a second wind & most of this was running figure 8's in the theater parking lot or looping around the far end (this felt faster & easier vs mi 3 - it wasn't), and then I could feel myself dramatically slowing down fr mi 5 thru 5.85 (which I actually did). Did dynamic stretches & ran two loops of theater lot & then back up to hotel (did not feel especially strong running this).
