Very Easy Run

Flew up to NY earlier & ran this at a purposely very very easy pace. (felt stiff as a board & very tired). Fast walked & did drills prior. Started fr Geo Washington Elem School & ran thru neighbor doing a loop & up to Rte 22 (mi 1 - felt cold but also noticed I felt much better running at a very very easy pace vs how I felt yesterday), ran the next mi looping down Rte 22 & then back around train station & back out on Rt 22 twice (mi 2 - felt warmer and began to feel looser and better - again, noticed how "easy" this was running this very easy & also noticed that running up the hills were not so bad), headed back up Rt 22 & thru the back neighborhoods to Orchard St (mi 3 - felt better vs mi 2, focused on cadence and able to maintain rhythm), at mi 3 began to feel my form start to fall apart.& continued on for another 1/4 mi (goal was to go 3 mi).
