5 x Strides (+6x dynamic hamstring stretches + 50m toe offs)
Felt dead dog tired after the 5 mi very easy run (fr the relatively warm conditions). Ran the first three down Ashley. #1 felt like an "effort" as I still felt tired fr the heat. Then, for whatever reason, I made some adjustment & #2 "popped" - felt strong/easy/powerful, I was almost pausing for a millisecond & that was getting my body in a real strong position). I was going to then run down Fairview but decided to one more down Ashley & this "popped" just like #2 (and the pace was really fast again!). Then ran #4 down Fairview into a strong breeze that messed w/my form. Ran #5 down Phillips Pl Court fr PF Chang to The Palm. Accurate splits below:
