Easy Run

I felt like my body broke down on Sat so took day off & ran today. It's difficult to fathom how inconsistent these runs are as fr day to day I have no clue what to expect (and they all feel the same?)? When I feel faster I'm slower & when I feel like I'm plodding I'm faster? The only thing that could have impacted this run was I could not relax as at about 3/4 mi in I began to feel the need to go to the bathroom - which means I could not relax, had to concentrate not "losing it", and in mi 3 was running thru gas stations hunting for paper towels which I could not find which forced me to hold this in!

Started in ideal conditions & ran fr Orchard St bridge right into back neighborhood & ascended hill on Cloverdate (mi 1 - unfathomable how slow this was), left on Rte 22 and ran five loops thru Capitol One Bank looped around back up Rte 22 left over to train station & around into parking lot out & right on Fisher into CVS lot left on 22 to pizza place looped back on Rt 22 (mi 2 thru 4 - felt better vs mi 1 during mi 2, felt the worse in mi 3 where I felt like my legs were tying up & lactic acid overflow, and then mi 4 I was running into the gas stations checking to see if there were paper towels, there were none, as nature began to really call). Then ran down & underneath one lane bridge & into N. White Plains train station lot & ran 6 loops of the lower lot in a figure 8 (mi 5 thru 6 - I felt the best here, it was well lit, felt strong, can't believe how slow I ran these), then ran to Fisher St bridge (walked underneath & gathered my shell which I shed in mi 2), resumed on Haarlem right on Rte 22 left on Holland & thru back neighborhood to Orchard (mi 7 - this I felt stronger & pushed but it was still almost 20/sec mi slower vs. prior runs base on feel)?
