Easy Run
It actually felt "less uncomfortable" as it felt like the humidity was not as oppressive (it was, 69 dew pt vs the 72 dew pts of the prior 30 days). And I could feel the difference because I never felt the uncomfortably hot feeling bordering on heat exhaustion...and ran 6 miles straight (and did not feel "wrecked"), but was soaked in sweat by mile 4. Ran a relatively flat course, form felt a lot better (felt stronger) despite pace "waning" in miles 3 thru 6.
