6 x Strides in PF Changs parking lot + 6 x drills
Was planning to do a workout but extremely painful stomach pains when I woke up, during the day & up to about 10pm. After everything came thru there was no way I could run a workout given how weak I felt. Felt surprising good on the easy run so decided to run 5 (upped it to 6) strides on the asphalt (this was partially uphill & then partially downhill) & felt strong doing these although I could feel this in my right hamstring/HHT. I tried to run these consistent (which I did), to focus on a strong form, not overstride & not run to fast (keep in control). #5 felt like I went "flat" all of a sudden (confirmed by pace) so ran a #6 to make up for that. Also did 6 x (15x running butt kicks + 8x high knees + 50 yds toe offs). Accurate splits below:
