Easy Run
Regressing again as I ran this much slower vs. prior weeks - cannot fathom how or why I slowed down so much in mi 5 as I did not feel like I slowed that badly? Started at the hotel & ran to other side & then 4 x loops of 2x+ of the small lot plus looping RH (thru mi 3 - felt slow in 3rd degree, felt like I was lagging), did 3 x loops of 2x of small lot + out exit/in entrance then into cinema lot for a couple of loops until finish.
After stretching & leg drills 2x+ loops of cinema lot out & looping around RH back in entrance to finish.
