Easy Run
Fast walked & did drills prior. Started fr Whole Foods & legs (and body) felt fatigued. This felt like 8:45/8:50 pace but did not feel any stress (this felt easy but slow, and the good sign is that this felt "slow" yet I was able to maintain a decent clip finishing strong). Ran down Sharon to BOA looping back to church looping into parking lot & then back on Sharon & right on Sulkirk (mi 1-2, did not feel good here), down Sulkirk right on Park So to Fairview, hung a left & & then looped back running thru Panera & then up & across to Piedmonth Row (mi 3-4, got into a rhythm, mi 4 actually felt slower vs. mi 3 & it wasn't) & then down to Carnegie to Barclay Downs.
