Was exhausted fr the 4.45 jog as result of how oppressively hot & humid it was. My legs felt heavy & slow. And worse I was soaked in sweat as if I jumped into a lake where when I sprinted up the hill the pocket w/my phone in it would bang against my leg & then go inside out & destroy my rhythm (the worse as #4 where I messed up the split). #2 did feel really fast but that was it. Accurate splits below:
