5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs [5:32 pace/mi avg]
Overall this was a hill sprint set at 5:32 Avg and ran these progressive dropping the pace on #4 and #5. I made the adjustment on #4 and #5 to purposely cut my stride length which felt awkward yet resulted in a significant increase in speed. These all felt crisp and not forced. Accurate splits below:
#1: 5:40 pace
#2: 5:48 pace
#3: 5:52 pace
#4: 5:08 pace
#5: 5:15 pace
