Injury Recover Run

Lifted, fast walked 1.8mi prior & did drills. Started at HarrisY. Felt more discomfort in feft QL today vs. prior days & it could be that I have to eliminate dead lifts (even though the wt was low). Started up & felt a little more pain & instability pain vs prior run (about 10% more) but very manageable. Ran these consistently, focused on cadence & bounce, and on each noticed that at about the 1k mark on each of these .8 mi to .9 mi segments I could feel myself tiring & form starting to deteriorate. Felt worse on #1 (this felt like 9:30 pace), felt marginally better thereafter, also noticed when I turned to the right I was not feeling any pain or referral pain into hips (which I did 4-5 days ago).
