Injury Recovery Run

Fast walked & did drills prior. Started fr Whole Foods & the plan was to extend my "run segment" to 1.2 miles. Wore my flatter Triumph's for first time in 6 weeks. After running essentially "even paces" over the prior 3 runs (8:40ish) this run was literally all over the place and depressingly slow. The initial segment was extremely slow (9:20+ pace & had no feel for pace - ran left on Sharon then left on Sharon View turned around & back on Sharon left on Fairview to the gas station. When I saw how slow I ran, tried to inject "bounce & spring" in step & ran down Fairview looping around corp park where Zoe's is & back up & around BOA twice, and then down to Panera (~9 min pace but this was comparatively slow since it was all downhill). Resumed & looped around Panera & back up to corp park around Zoe's up Fairview (about 1k in to this when Garmin sounded for the 3mi split my legs began to feel "tired" & this became a struggle) right on Sharon left on Ashley & back to Whole Foods. No significant pain or "instability pain" in left QL but could feel various pangs of pain throughout.
