VO2 Max Set

3 x 1K (8:11;7:58; 7:53) + 2x300m (????)

First set in over a month after getting the knee pain & rehab'ing the past two weeks. Ran this "beginner" VO2Max set but lengthened the VO2Max repeats to 1k. I actually thought I would run the 1ks slower given the 4-5 weeks since the last time I ran a set. The first 1K repeat felt really weird running in the Skeechers & it took somewhere into #2 before I actually felt fluid (on #1 I think it slowed me down). Able to progress the 1k's. On the two 300m repeats I screwed up the split on both as I brushed the stop key vs pushing it in (on the first there was like a 2-3 second delay & on the second it was much much longer as I brushed it numerous times - estimated the splits based upon the raw readings & was probably on the slow side).
