14 x Strides running down Phillips Pl Ct + 50m toe offs
Ran these much faster vs expected seeing the splits below as the splits I was seeing on Garmin were much slower. My goal was to run these not "super hard" but get in a nice groove and I was thinking doing these in these in the 6 min/mi pace. #1 felt really easy and actually saw that split so decided to control pace and for the next 9 I thought I was running these slower (not close). Over the last four wanted to run these consistent which I did and again tried to control the pace to do these within myself & not too fast yet the results were fast? Accurate splits below:
