Very Easy Run
Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Perfect conditions to run (nice crisp conditions). Ran this very easy & noticing that my form is now "evolving" into more efficient & stronger fr a bio-mechanical standpoint - my body feels "torqued" -- I can feel more power pushing back, using my glutes & also my core. I actually felt somewhat fatigued as I am using different muscles (bigger & more powerful muscles) in different ways. Have no clue how I could that slow in mi 2 other than I abandoned form or went too easy? Ran the first mile looping in the hotel/Palm side, then one more loop & up Fairview right & down & right into entrance 2x loops of small lot & then out (mi 2), then ran in/around other side & 1.32 miles worth of zig/zag loops in cinema lot & then out/around & looped RH & back into small lot to finish (felt so much stronger running "very easy" & can see it as my pace is improving yet effort is same).
