5 x Hill Sprints up Cameron Valley Pkwy on Post Pk side + 50m toe offs
As opposed to the weekend the injury to my left Adductor has healed so did not run these conservatively yet ran these slower vs Sat? These all felt better and I felt stronger.
#1: 6:15 pace/mi - lagged abt 1/2 sec to sec hitting lap button so this is off;
