Easy Run
The temp dipped below 70 and the dew pt down to 60 and it made a huge difference as I felt much better. Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Started at hotel ran to other side & then did 3x loops of small lot 2x+ & looping RH & then out/in entrance/exit + 2x loops of small lot (thru mile 3.5 - first time felt progressively stronger), then into cinema lot for final mile. Stretched & did drills, then ran 1+ loops of cinema lot around RH & back in entrance to finish.
