Speed Set - 8 x 20 sec Sprints

It was so hot that I bailed on my workout on Thu & decided to insert this as these shorter efforts are more tolerable in this insane humidity. Ran these down Sharon fr Ashley towards Sharon View (and able to measure off a "20 sec" course). On some of these I could feel myself "radiate heat", and others the sweat was spraying. On #1 this felt really easy, on #2 it felt easier & ran this too fast, so after than tried to "control" my pace trying to "fine tune" my pace in the 5:30-5:45 range where I was successful (ran these all under control w/a strong form & quick cadence). Started to feel fatigue running #7 & that was more of the heat sapping my strength. Purposely tried to run #8 quicker.
