4 x 85 yards worth of strides on Treadmill

Raining then pouring outside so had to run these strides indoors on the treadmill (which I hate). This was more about getting some feel running on a treadmill since last time was 5 months ago! Ran these progressively (#1 at 6:00 pace, #2 at 5:49 pace, #3 at 5:42 pace, #4 at 5:30 pace). Did 4x 70 yds of toe offs. Then 2 x drills after (18x running butt kicks + 8x side leg stretches + 11x high knees).
