+ 9x dynamic hamstring stretches + 60m toe offs
A third week now of very lackluster results. I only felt good on one which was #3 & on that everything seemed to click (form, foot fall, cadence, acceleration, crispness). On the others something seemed "off" which slowed me & I could not make the adjustment to find a "sweet" spot. Accurate splits below:
