Injury Warmup - fast walked the first 1.25 mi (no issues), then transitioned to jog (tons of issues) -- the second I went into a jog I could feel immediate pain but in different places versus prior runs (felt it not in right Adductor or inside of upper leg or 90 degrees to the left fr the top but more at about 30-40 degrees to the left fr the top, could feel like "tentacles" of pain or probably the pain traveling down the muscle, this could be my hip flexor).

After this, did 4 x drills [16x running butt kicks + 8 high knees + 40 yds toe offs) and surprised that I did not feel anything during the butt kicks or the toe offs, but did feel pain doing the high knees (prior to last Sun I did not feel any pain doing high knees and had full range of motion -- today I could not get my knees to perpendicular which again seems like the culprit is the hip flexors).
