Long Run
Fast walked & did drills prior. 2nd "long run" (time only) at a super easy slow pace in horrid conditions (waited till late) over a hilly route. Focused on quick cadence or keeping form over an hour & twenty minutes. Ran down Sharon over to Harris to Providence (2.5 mi), took a right & then a quick left on Wendover & up to Randolph & then up & left on Canterbury till it ended (right at 4 mi). At this point my shorts were soaked despite a very slow pace. I also vowed to tried the back half quicker (same slow quick cadence but not "lag") so ran out of Canterbury & left on Randolph up to Cottswold into HarrisY parking lot (mi 5), a quick loop & then out to Sharon Amity to Providence (mi 6), then to Sharon (mi 7). At around an hour and 15 min I began to feel fatigued & really had to focus on cadence & with about 1/2 mi to go I could feel form going out the window.
