Easy Run / Fast Finish
Legs sore fr yesterday's run. Did not want to "overstress" so I ran a "fast finish" where I ran 3.25 mi very easy & then switched out shoes & ran a hard 2.25 mi. This was the very easy segment & focused on form. Ran in/around Phillips Pl running the first 1.8 miles running loops on the Palm/hotel side, then ran down to other side & looped around RH 2x to finish out this segment.
