Easy Run
Weaning my feet fr the PF taping as I think the seismoid issues on left foot are because I tightly taped bottom of my feet all the way to my seismoids (taped to about 2" below seismoids & this felt like it made a difference in my discomfort level during & post run). However, I now have two issues & one may force me to stop -- severe tightness in right hamstring that today became painful and limiting (also have an area of tightness just below right medial calf in soleus that at times will cause entire foot to almost collapse when it triggers). Felt really tired fr yesterday's long run and the tightness in hamstring hurt -- it took about 3 miles before it felt "looser". It was also relatively much hotter (54 dew pt) and was really sweating like crazy (ran w/shirt off), shorts were soaked thru. I felt like I slowed significantly in mile 4 because of the hamstring (this felt 20 sec/mi slower than prior mile but it was faster?), could feel hamstring on any incline, and tried to run using my butt. Will have to seek treatment as this is not good (hurts when I sit!).
