Long Run

Fast walked & did drills prior. Started fr Whole Foods & ran down Sharon to Sharon Lane to Cottswold (mi 0 thru 3 - ran this at a super easy pace & in the beginning this was probably "too" super easy, & this all felt the same vs. progressive pace), ran around parking lot & then out & around up Hardwick & left on Randolph (mi 4), down Randolph to looped into church at bottom of hill (mi 5 - this was downhill but into the wind for the first time & thus this was "too" super easy again), looped around church & then up Randolph to Hardwick (mi 6 - felt good going up the hill). Looped down Hardwick back to Sharon Amity & around to Randolph and into Cottswold shopping center (mi 7 - picked up pace but in this mile began to feel uncomfortable to Randolph fr the hotter temps). Then ran out of the shopping center up Sharon Lane across Providence past Pelham (mi 8 - now running into the wind & this "cooled" me & didn't feel so hot anymore), continued down Sharon Lane (pushed up the hill at the end) & left on Sharon (mi 9) & continued to pick pace up (running into wind) down Sharon & back to Whole Foods. Right at the end I felt really terrible as if every muscle in my body ached - and was really sweating at the end).
