Easy Run
Ran this underneath cinema lot shielded fr the rain & wind. Had treatment for lower back yesterday and there is less intense pain plus have some tools to enhance healing. One area is not to lean to either side when running & also to get into a stronger (not rounded) back position when running - which I was consciously fine tuning as I ran this. Ran 24 loops underground - felt slower & awkward in the first mile & pace shows that, and then felt more fluid thereafter.
