Easy Run

When to PT yesterday - Glute Medius muscle is extremely weak, not firing & thus my various back muscles are overused to compensate creating all of the pain & stiffness. Was able to touch ground w/fingers easily in warming up for run but 30 min later felt much more pain & a lot stiffer. My goal was to run very easy & consistent splits which I accomplished. My HR was way too high but I think that was a function of the relatively high humidity (57 dew pt). Ran this in/around Phillips Pl starting at Hotel running up & right on Fairview hung right in entrance looped small lot 2x+ then looped RH & back into small lot for 1x loop (mi 1 - felt really really stiff when I started similar to last Fri & Sat where it felt really bad, then began to loosen up where eventually felt more fluid), 1x+ loops of small lot then looped RH back into small lot 2x+ then out & around RH (mi 2 - controlled pace, much more fluid & no back pain), looped around & in entrance into small lot 2x+ then out exit/in entrance into small lot 2x+ loops (mi 3 - began to pour at 2.3 mi in & went inside to get my hat & by the time I got out it stopped, when I resumed after only that 2 min felt some stiffness in back/core), out exit/in entrance & looped small lot 2x+ (mi 4 - took shirt off, felt more fluid & grinded this out but feeling weakness fr back), out and around into cinema lot & ran 4x zig/zag loops (mi 5 - felt much weaker, no strength all due to lower back even though no pain), ran 1+ figure 8 loop of cinema lot to finish (mi 5 - 5.25).
