Very Easy Run

Typical run after taking 3 days off or more - HR abnormally high (it actually felt like it was low), pace regressive to the point of embarrassing slow (didn't feel that way although I did struggle towards end & final 1/10 was absurdly slow). Metrics were very similar over the first 3+ miles but then my ground contact time got slower (over was 291 vs low 280s), stride length less (.97 vs 1.02) and cadence slowed way down (164 but declined over final 3 miles). Ran this in/around Phillips Pl. Started at hotel & ran down to other side looping RH & then began a series of 1 reverse 1/2 loop + 1 loop of RH then 1 reverse 1/2 loop + 2 loops of RH then 1 reverse 1/2 loop + 3 loops of RH (thru 3 miles - felt in rhythm and fine & splits showed that), then ran down the pyramid 1 reverse 1/2 loop + 3 loops of RH then 1 reverse 1/2 loop + 2 loops of RH then 1 reverse 1/2 loop + 1 loop of RH then 1.5 full reverse loops of RH then around RH & in entrance (fr mi 3 to 6.1mi - as I ran the last half I tried to purposely control my pace so as to keep my HR under control, little did I know how high it was yet I felt fine & breathing thru my nose, as I progressed I could feel myself continuing to lose rhythm where in mi 5 I felt like I was really losing rhythm & my pace showed it).
