Warmup Run
Very (very) easy warmup run. It poured around 4pm and I was hoping the cooler weather would be coming but it felt really humid & I was sweating like crazy. At the end of this I was completely soaked & wondering why I felt so terrible (and post run I can see that the dew pt was an insane 74!).
