3 x Strides running fr Whole Foods to Phillips Pl (+ 3x drills)
Everything "clicked" for the first time running these on #1 in that this felt crisp, form felt strong & this was an 80% effort at < 5:00 pace (wearing very heavy shoes). #2 & #3 felt slower & "less crisp" but the heat/humidity (74 deg dew pt) started to get to me (took longer in between efforts) & was dripping in sweat. Also did 3x drills (15x running butt kicks + 10x high knees + 10x dynamic hamstring stretches). Accurate splits below:
