84 degrees, very humid. In White Plains, NY. Four significant hill climbs. Easy perceived effort. Focused on keeping AHR down (in higher aerobic range but heat/humidity a factor as well as for each hill climb, there is a hill descent and AHR was in the 160/170's on the descents). Legs felt good after very hard workout last nite plus 2 hr plane ride this AM fr Charlotte to Westchester Cnty.
