4 x Hill Sprints up Carneige Blvd
Odds - near & Evens - far
Attempted some hill sprints as an initial stressor to see how the TFL would take it along w/right hamstring. Felt nothing in TFL but right hamstring felt dodge (felt like a stretched rubber band). Did not focus on speed but form - very quick cadence, no overstriding & footplants at center of gravity. #1 felt awkward but was able to "spin my legs", #2 felt like a dud and it was, #3 actually felt crisper but I guess the pace had to be off, and #4 felt better in terms of being able to "spin" my legs. Accurate splits below:
