5 x Strides along Ashley Court (next to Whole Foods) + 5 x drills
The splits I was getting on my watch when I ran these are not even close to the Pace below so its very difficult to gauge this since for the first split I saw 5:30 so I purposely eased up on #2 not wanting to run too fast. #3 was slower (to avoid a car) but again on #4 I saw 5:30 again so eased up on #5 again not wanting to go too fast. Pain in right hamstring tendon (HHT) was less compared to last week when I did this & noticed I have a little better range of motion & less pain on the high knees (did 5 x 15x running butt kicks + 8 high knees + 50 yds toes offs). Accurate splits:
