Easy Run
The heat dipped below 80 & the humidity was lower where I could feel a huge difference - did not overheat & felt strong. Controlled pace throughout. Have no idea how I could slow so badly in mi 3 given this all telt the same pace? Ran this all looping around the Phillips Pl parking lots w/mi 3 onward doing figure 8's in the cinema parking lot.
