Lovely find last nite. I've felt tightness along the leftside of left knee along w/pulling of the tendon. I believed this was due to the tear in the medial quad. I've felt this pulling along the left side of left quad/knee for past 4-5 weeks prior to shutting things down to medial tear. Last nite, I aggressively massaged lateral quad and have a tear there -- its probably been there for the past 4-5 weeks, why it didn't heal when I was forced to do nothing for 12 days I'll never know. This is an area of very sharp pain...again, why didn't heal when I stopped I'll never know. This now my derail everything for the 4th time!
