Notes
Ran 4 miles easy on roads. Tried to run very easy and did manage to keep pace slow. Slowed even more on the last 2 miles as I tried to keep things comfortable. Frustrated due to the fact that I felt tired, even though the pace was super-slow. Never felt truly comfortable at any point. Was humid out and probably was a little over-dressed but not sure how much that figured into things. Also ran a little harder the previous day so also not sure how that figured into things.
Overall tired but OK.
